Hehe....this week buat projek baik punya...i made my first ever lasagna..jadik tuh! rupanya senang...cuma ala2 remeh bila part nak sedia barang tuh...kali ni i buat beef sauce campur banyaakkkkkkkkkkk chopped mushroom...seriously i dont have any specific measurement nak buat beef sauce dia nih..main taruk jer...agak mcm ni la
Meat Sauce
500gm Minced Beef
250gm Lasagna Sheet (depends on your saiz bekas la..)
1 biji Bawang besar (holland onion - chopped)
3 ulas Bawang putih (chopped)
half can Button Mushroom (chopped)
half can Tomato paste (ikut suka la..lebih sket pun xpa)
2 biji Fresh Tomatoes (chopped, yg ni optional)
1 stick Celery - cincang gak, pun optional
half cube Beef stock
3 tbs Olive Oil
1 tsp Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano, Basil (nak senang beli jer mixed herb or Italian herb)
1 tsp Black Pepper
Garam, Gula, Air
Cheese Sauce
2 tbs Butter
2 tbs Flour
2 cups Milk ( nak taruk whipped cream pun boleh)
Mozarrela or Parmesan Cheese
Salt & pepper
Mula2..tumis bawang besar dgn bawang putih, pastu bila naik bau masuk daging cincang tuh, tunggu sampai daging tu kering then masukkan mushroom, tomato dgn celery, then masukkan tomato paste. Kalo kering sket masuk air jangan banyak sgt, masukkan half cube beef stok, all the herbs and black pepper. Add sugar or salt ikut lidah memasing la. Step dia sama mcm nak buat spaghetti sauce, tapi sauce dia tak leh kering sgt tak leh cair sgt...yang sedang2 sajaaa...
Nak buat cheese sauce dia tu masukkan 2 sudu besar butter atas kuali panas...jangan panas sgt kuali tuh nanti butter hangus, then masuk susu and 2 sudu besar tepung gandum, garam sket bagi rasa lemak and sket lada sulah...api sedang. Kacau sampai dia almost pekat then kecikkan api pastu add cheese parmesan or mozarella...keep on stirring sampai dia pekat, jaga api tau! kang cheese hangus...agak2 dah likat tuh bley la tutup api.
Better sebelum buat layered lasagna tuh, pasta sheet dia tu rendam dalam air (ikut kotak tak yah tapi nanti time nak layered senang potong ikut saiz bekas and the cooking time boleh shorten)
Bekas nak bakar tuh sapu sket butter dgn tepung nak elak dari melekat, then first layer letak pasta sheet ikut bekas. Then masukkan meat sauce and ratakan, jangan tebal2 sangat nanti bley buat banyak layer. Lepas pasta sauce masukkan cheese sauce, ratakan jugak. Nak sedap lagi taburkan mozarella cheese in between meat sauce and cheese sauce...perghh!
Preheat oven, set to 180 degree..baking time 35 -40 minutes. Tapi in between tu cocok la check dah masak ke belum, kalau garpu tuh dah bersih takder sangkut2 time cocok tuh dah masak la.

siot tul..konfem aku nak mkn lasagna berbuka ptg nih...terliur dah aku nih...
Pakai whip cream rasa sedap lagiks....aku dah pernah try guna whip cream...dah pernah try guna susu...dua2 pon sodappp!!!
Raf, lu kalo nak wa buat cakap la...wa boleh buat tapi harga orang minyak mahal sket arrr...!!
