Something to think about...

Its been such a long time i'm in a paused from blogging...i was bored..having my coffee @ TGIF wangsa maju (yes they just open new outlet in Wangsa Walk)...which has been my hang out place lately...and suddenly something popped out from my mind...

Well in your life, you meet people...Some you never think about again. Some...you wonder what happened to them. There are some that you wonder if they ever think about you. And there are some you wish you never had to think about again. But you do… especially if that person is special to you.

And to think about special person...people say if you love someone tell them while you still have a chance cause you will never know when your chance is over, so take that chance and tell that person I love you, not because you can but because you really love them….

I think it’s true… sometimes you just have to take the risk… and sometimes you just have to follow your heart… after all, love is always open arms… if you close your arms about love you will find that you are left holding only yourself...

Petronas F1 Malaysian GP

Dammmnnn....its been a while i haven't log into my blog...yer la..event one after another..started with Colours of Malaysia and after 2 weeks the Petronas F1 Malaysian GP...sigh...i had 3 weekends no rest duhhhh....

Well had a great life for the past 2 months...few good moments happening but i dunt feel like sharing with people...takkan citer "spenda" baru pun nak citer kan..huarrrghh 10x!!!! btw thanks for everyone who supported me...my best fren Ray & Ira..thanks for your participation

Back to my F1 story, btw this year i went with Ray..i check out from Istana on Saturday, but i had to help my fren who had unfortunate events happen to her...arrived home that day around midnight, but pepagi dah bangun as i already made plans with Ray pergi from Shah Alam.

Sampai jer Shah Alam perut ala2 mintak refuel...langkah kanan betul Si ray masak sedap plak....harus mntak masak nasik tambah nak makan sambal udang dgn rendang ayam...perghhh...buntat sampai ke Sepang!

As usual..the traffic..kesian sapa yg dah lambat otw to LCCT..sure berpeluh dalam keta takut missed flight...


Ni gambar kat sepang tapi tak bleh nak melaram as i'm on duty on that day chiesss...This time i get better seat than last year..MAHAL lagi la maknanya..hehehe however the race have to stop due to heavy rain...si ray nak ajak g tgk konsert jamiroquai...gilo haper..dgn hujan non stop and expected 20k++ people will be there...so tak jadi la.

Kemain kusyuk makcik tu sampai aku amik gambar dia pun xperasan...

Bfore the race, it was raining..then the sun shine....then..here comes the rain again...

and then the race was stopped

After the race again my tummy asking for food replenished...dalam jem2 tu Ray ajak pi makan @ KFC Salak Tinggi..elok la tu..nama pun perut mak tgh menyalak2 nak makan...siap dgn Abang Zul pun ada....after makan..back to shah alam and back to KL...but then esok pagi tak leh bangun!!! ala2 nak demam sakit badan pun ada..hahahha...mak dapat MC 2 hari okehhhh...

My 1st ever cheesecake!

Hahaha....hujan lebat tak kat umah you ols kelmarin? First time i bake cheese cake..New York style lagi okehhh...actually idea datang last Sunday, i was in AEON Bukit Tinggi Klang with Ray..ada carik barang sket pastu lepak la kat Secret Recipe...lunch, pastu tetiba ada lak mat saleh ni dok usha2 aku dgn ray..sonyum2 lak tuh! bila dah abis makan tetiba lak ada sundae budak waiter hantar...dia kata mat saleh meja ujung tu belanja..wakakakka....sampai cair aiskrim tu...dan mat saleh tu pun berlalu dengan jiwa hampa sbb aku dgn ray x layan..wakakaka....tah camner tgh2 lepak tu teringin lak nak buat cheese cake, then log internet cari la resipi..so yesterday buat la cheese cake New York Style lagi okehhh...

Ni antara bahan2 yang diperlukan untuk buat cheese cake..good for 9 inch (23cm) pan, lagi cantik kalo guna springpan...ala yg leh edjast tuh..

New York Cheese Cake

Crust (base untuk kek)
2 cawan (200 gm) biskut Digestive dihancurkan
1/4 cawan (50 gm) gula
1/2 cawan (114 gm) butter, unsalted..dicairkan dulu

Filling
32 oz (1kg) cream cheese philadelphia, keep at room temperature
(actually nak letak 750gm pun boley, so tak la muak sgt nak makan)
1 cawan (200gm) gula
3 sudu besar (35gm) tepung serbaguna
5 biji telur - room temperature
1/3 cawan (80 ml) heavy whipping cream
1 sudu besar kulit lemon (parut yg luar jer)
1 sudu kecik vanilla

Step 1
Campurkan biskut digestive yang dah dihancurkan dgn gula dan butter yang dah cair tu...gaulkan, tgk gambar di bawah

Pastu masukkan ke dalam pan, rata kan dengan tekan sampai padat..nak cun guna glass bottom mcm di bawah ni, then masukkan ke dalam peti ais bagi sejuk, cover crust tu dgn cling wrap to maintain the moist..

Step 2

Masukkan cream cheese tu dengan gula dan tepung, guna medium speed untuk mixed all the item dalam 2 atau 3 minit, pastu masukkan telur satu persatu, then masukkan whipped cream dengan kulit limau, nak sedap sket masukkan 2 sudu besar lemon juice (ni resipi aku sendiri) dan juga 2 sudu besar tepung kastad, kasik kaler kuning cantiks sket!

Cantik tak mixer baru kiter...hahaha...nak tau citer? dah siap2 barang nak mix..cari mixer tak jumpa..rupanya mak aku dah export g umah kakak aku! nak tak nak g la beli mixer baru...lepas ni tiap2 minggu weh buat kek yerr...

Bila dah sebati, keluarkan pan yang ada crust dari peti sejuk then apa lagi...kasi taruk la err...springform pan ni pun bau kedai lagi...hehehe...

Yang paling penting....PREHEAT OVEN dalam 350 degree F (177 degrees C), dalam 15 - 20 minit! Maknanya time you ols tgh bancuh2 tuh..stat preheat la oven tuh...then masukkan pan dan bakar selama 15 minit, lepas 15 minit lower the temperature ke 250 degrees F (120 degrees C) selama 1 1/2 jam, sambil2 tu check la tengah dia samada dah masak ker belum..caranya, guna la lidi dan cucuk ke dalam kek...bila tarik bersih takder cheese melekat maknanya dah masak......

Keluarkan dari oven dan biar sejuk, bila dah sejuk masukkan ke dalam peti ais untuk 4 jam (lebih kurang arr...) jangan lupa balut dengan cling wrap untuk maintain moisture...kering x sodap! and VOILAAA!!!!

Ini lah hasilnya....saya sedia menerima tempahan..wakakakakak!!! so kawan2 bila mau buat weekend cooking class???

Late Lunch @ Hard Rock KL

Semalam si Ray call dalam kol 4, dah tau dah mesti dia ada kat area KL nih...memang betul pun..lapar dia ngadu kat aku...ajak makan. Macam tau2 jer aku skip lunch..maka2 dia pun tak lunch lagi..apa lagi zassss dia amik kat opis then tgh2 jalan tu pikir2 mana nak g melantak...

Tah camner alang2 nak ngulor..makan biar bebaloi..terus flash in my mind Hard Rock Cafe...Ray pun ok ajer..sampai kat concorde malas nak parking, VALET parking okeh...berlagaknya awek 2 ekor turun depan concorde....wikikikikkkkss! Masuk HRC aku dgn Ray dah mcm gula pulak...kerumum waiter nak layan...uhuhuu...tgk2 ada set lunch and ala carte dia pun nampak best...ni 2nd time masuk HRC sejak dia renovate, tapi first time lunch kat situ..layan gak beb...

Makan apa? Si ray oder Braised Chiken Brisket menatang mende tah..set lunch la..dgn chicken salad plus fruits. Aku order a la carte, fish and chips..opps...mcm takut2 jer nak makan, maklum la kita daily pergi gym..siap dah kene sound dgn instructor kat Gym, stop eating too much carbo...!!!opps...diam2 sudah...memang sedap..licin beb fish and chips tuh...tgk arr apa kite order

Ni camera ray...time ni rambut kejung sebab kene gitar letrik kat belakang tuh!!!wakakakaka....poyo la budak HRC ni amik...konon paling grand, maka2 dah mcm rambut Tina Turner okehhhh...!!!

Kenyang giler...bagai nak pecah perut..btw...RAY! Bila mau repeat!!!???!!....

Series of Back Logged...What the heck?!!!

Okay....its been a while tak update blog nih..."BZ" okehh...! BTW...nak wish Happy New Year pun dah takder maknanya, dah tengah bulan dah pun..tak payah nak wish2 la...sumer dah besau panjang, tiap2 tahun pun sama gak bunyi wish dia...

Start 2009 i've been transfered to another division, yet quite busy jugak la..but a litte bit ease than before, well the side back is...i'll be missing travelling to Philippines..uhuhuuu..

Update about myself?..nothing much..well i'm just greatful that i'm much happier than before, all the unfortunate events happens to me last year..and i went thru all pretty well..makes me strong new person...

New year ni...takder nyer wishlist2....just enjoying my "present moment", but this year yang menariks is I gained my ideal weight..hehehe....so to maintain terus sign up fitness club membership, kang overweight nanti nampak buruk!Quite okay la...since over there i can spent my time on something healthy, kinda berbaloi jugak with the money i spent there..out of all the equipment, after that i can enjoy the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis and squash. Normally i spent like 3 hours la...penat2 lepak lounge kat changing room ada TV...perghh..!

Kelmarin i went to SPA @ Impiana KLCC...memang best giler Balinese Massage dia....kira complete la my session...after all the hard worked out...then relaxing....soothing giler bila nak tido malam. Well...tak salah nak pamper myself once in a while kan....ermm...agak2 3,4 bulan nanti perut ada ada six pack tak? skang ni ada 3 spare tire jer....you can do it girl!!!!Tak payah nak berwishlist panjang berjela2...wakakaka...er..ada satu..ermm...biarlah rahsia...

Well today, i took leave...as usual berkhidmat untuk Permaisuri kat umah...mak aku ler..gi spital check up. Tengahari ray call, dia ingat aku keje...konon2 nak ajak g somewhere later evening sebab dia kata dia nak turun KL ada keje...mak ok jer...Then after dia settle2 keje, we all meet up kat area KL...rupanya member ajak g settle hal Umrah dia...alhamdulilah...insyaallah tercapai hasrat dia. Ikut hati if i dont have "big plan" sometimes this year...i'm pretty sure nak join punya, memang dah lama teringin nak sampai ke Kota Suci. Kadang ada org bertanya, dah bersedia ker nak pergi? but personally i find it kinda weird koz kalau someone tu dah ada terlintas dalam diri dia nak pergi...maknanya Allah SWT tu dah buka hati dan sebenarnya kita dah bersedia, bila di sana insyaallah sumer ibadah jadi mudah dengan kehendakNya...cumanya antara berkemampuan atau tidak jer. Insyaallah...dalam masa setahun dua ni kalau rezeki lebih...aku akan ke sana. I'm so happy for Ray...Ray, doakan aku yer bila di Jabal Rahmah...hiks..

Dah settle2 hal Ray..maka2 kat Kampung Baru..dekat jer nampak KLCC tuh kan....so singgah la sat...minum2..makan...and do little shopping...little kah?wakakakakka...well i desperately need black pants for my work, something for outdoor job..so cari2 (plus with my inconsistent size now..whahahahahahaa.....) i got one pair from MNG...normal price...uhuhuuu....nak wat camner..tu jer yang muat..and plus my baby T pun banyak yang temporary tak sesuweiii untuk digunakan...so beli la satu yang tgh offer...Ray dapat la baju kerja sepasang and something nice for her hubby..awwww...HOW SWEETTTTT....awwwww... . Sory la tak der gambar nak post...kang kata aku menunjuk riak laks...ahaks!

Well for closing....at least ada la something for new year post..Ira memang dah berlambak post dia (sory bai..memang lama gila aku tak bukak blog), Ray pun rasanya ada 2,3 kerat posting dia...aku?HOPELESSS!!! kurang2 nya ini menunjukkan aku busy....wakakak..busy kah?busy dan malas sebenarnya............

Ermm..ada mishap sket baru2 nih...after some quiet space in between, kinda miserable...and makes us realized that we cannot live without each other... :) my better half...

Note : Ray..agak2 kenapa badan aku sakit2 yer....ermmm...ari Ahad ni nak g umah ko bley? dengar kata ada barang baik....muhahahahaha...(gelak jahat...)
