Balikbayan again....

Why "balikbayan"?..ni maknanya "returnee"...pulang ke tanahair la...well..its Manila again...my second home. But for this visit obviously during the fasting month..hehehe...and with my colleague Siti, musafir di angin lalu la jawabnya...how can we missed the food at the Golden Lounge and onboard...rugi woo naik business class tak makan..wakakakak...

But the worst part is yang buat Siti sentap is...upon arrival at the airport in Manila, a girl was greeting to us.."Hi Mam, Welcome Home"...its normal for me but for my fren who first time arrive in Manila its quite shocking! Maka2 muka dah standard Filipinas...hahaha...

Apa nak jadi la....muka2 yg dah kenyanggggg...........

Sampai2 Manila it was rainy season...typhoon ! Check in hotel then we went to the nearest shooping area Greenhills...but saja jer tahan nafsu si Siti...banyak lagi tempat yg dia tak tau...

After settle all the Food Promotion events and attending all meetings..apa lagi shopping day laaa...and we went to a damn cheap place called 168..again! but this time we went to place very remote behind 168!! its kinda dangerous place but we survived...something like Petaling Street but 10 times horror but 10 times cheaper than normal place. Siti borong soft toys and le sport sac's pouchs, and both of us borong Wig..well since kat ofis ada geng the Wiggies...hahaha...really cheap for RM 50 u get a nice and almost natural wigs. This is what we had by end of the day...hahaha...hillarious! rasanya bellboy tu seronok dapat tips lebih!

Ya Allah..harta dunia semua ni nokkkk...

Other than mengabiskan duit...ada la bawak my fren ni pi jalan2 in Manila, we went to Intramuros (spanish settlement in Manila 500yrs ago)..gambar mcm ala2 kat Spain aja...

dah penat shopping, jalan2 then later at night we had dinner with my Local Staff Bea & Martin..well on last day we manage to found a place for ladies..ADONIS Club..hahahha...syyyhhh tak mo citer kat sini..rahsia...but we had a great time and its proven that Martin is not GAY!!! Talaga!!! ermmm...ADONIS....napa la dari dulu aku x jumpa club tuh...

sebelum pi ADONIS singgah dulu tgk hal2 keje...nak cover kononnnn....

Hmm...5 days in Manila...we had a great time...sambil keje sambil leaisure kan....ermmm...miss to dive in Boracay...i'll be there again someday...

Fish Spa @ Kenko

I think I'm addicted to this Fish Spa...best giler! Coincident someone was in town...Sapa lagi ehem...ehemmm.....so we went to get lunch in Pavilion, well its my first time trying Carl's Jr.!!! Best giler and darn huge portion!! kira kenyang sampai malam la....Look at the size!!kewlll....

After lunch we went for the fish spa @ Kenko, Pavillion....mula2 when u put in your feet memang tak boleh tahan...ticklish effect tahap dewa, but i manage to get over it...lama2 rasa best sangat...

This is my legs....i think i had too many dead cell and toxin in my body..there's about hundres of them attacking my feet....

Dia ni tak tahan geli langsung!!! anyway its my fault pun..i didnt realize that we dip in the big fish pond....there is medium and small sizes..tapi yang ni dah besar...eyul manage to dip in his feet for only few second...pastu ni la hasilnya...mencangkung tepi kolam!!!!

Kaki kejung....tgk tangan dia keras mcm orang kene strok...then later he manage to get used to the ticklish...well its darn 30 minutes of fun we had...after effect??? your feet & legs feels smoother and believe me....kaki rasa ringan sangat2!!! Orang yang tak tahan geli tuh terus ajak pergi lagi.....nampak gaya dah naik syok! it is...addicted!!!

Then later we had another place that offer good place for Fish Spa...in Euro Sense Wangsa Maju, its cheaper sbb they just open the SPA..and it cost RM 30 for 45 minutesss!!!! apa lagi,,,pergi lagiiiiiiiii.....45 minutes! siap bole tido!!

And Ray & Ira...bila lagi nak buat Fish Spa Party!!! ???? Neneekkkkkkkkkkkkk.......heheh!

Birthday Ira

Sorry la Ira lambat hapdet...busy larrr...btw last 25th August we ols celebrate Birthday mak bonda sorang ni..mana lagi kotak merah lah! As usual..pukul 10 pagi dah terpacak tolong pak guard bukak Sunway Pyramid, dah janji dgn Ray..hampeh nenekkkk!!! Minah ni sampai lambat!!! Dalam kelam kabut nak cari bday cake ira sempat si Ray ajak singgah di Poh Kong..elehhh...nak usha2 hadiah birthday dia pulak la tewwhhhh!!! mak aii...emas RM 100 se gramm!!! birthday ko aku buat gigi emas nak ray??? dahh...biasa la besday mesti ada suprise kan...ni bawah ni...tgk la gambar si Ira nih..

Ala2 sengaja sorok hadiah dia...time birthday aku siap pamer hadiah atas meja kononnnn...dah sedap2 melalak...saja jer aku bawak kuar hadiah nganjing!! wahhh..suka ira..

Weekend Project - Lasagna

Hehe....this week buat projek baik punya...i made my first ever lasagna..jadik tuh! rupanya senang...cuma ala2 remeh bila part nak sedia barang tuh...kali ni i buat beef sauce campur banyaakkkkkkkkkkk chopped mushroom...seriously i dont have any specific measurement nak buat beef sauce dia nih..main taruk jer...agak mcm ni la

Meat Sauce

500gm Minced Beef

250gm Lasagna Sheet (depends on your saiz bekas la..)

1 biji Bawang besar (holland onion - chopped)

3 ulas Bawang putih (chopped)

half can Button Mushroom (chopped)

half can Tomato paste (ikut suka la..lebih sket pun xpa)

2 biji Fresh Tomatoes (chopped, yg ni optional)

1 stick Celery - cincang gak, pun optional

half cube Beef stock

3 tbs Olive Oil

1 tsp Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano, Basil (nak senang beli jer mixed herb or Italian herb)

1 tsp Black Pepper

Garam, Gula, Air

Cheese Sauce

2 tbs Butter

2 tbs Flour

2 cups Milk ( nak taruk whipped cream pun boleh)

Mozarrela or Parmesan Cheese

Salt & pepper

Mula2..tumis bawang besar dgn bawang putih, pastu bila naik bau masuk daging cincang tuh, tunggu sampai daging tu kering then masukkan mushroom, tomato dgn celery, then masukkan tomato paste. Kalo kering sket masuk air jangan banyak sgt, masukkan half cube beef stok, all the herbs and black pepper. Add sugar or salt ikut lidah memasing la. Step dia sama mcm nak buat spaghetti sauce, tapi sauce dia tak leh kering sgt tak leh cair sgt...yang sedang2 sajaaa...

Nak buat cheese sauce dia tu masukkan 2 sudu besar butter atas kuali panas...jangan panas sgt kuali tuh nanti butter hangus, then masuk susu and 2 sudu besar tepung gandum, garam sket bagi rasa lemak and sket lada sulah...api sedang. Kacau sampai dia almost pekat then kecikkan api pastu add cheese parmesan or mozarella...keep on stirring sampai dia pekat, jaga api tau! kang cheese hangus...agak2 dah likat tuh bley la tutup api.

Better sebelum buat layered lasagna tuh, pasta sheet dia tu rendam dalam air (ikut kotak tak yah tapi nanti time nak layered senang potong ikut saiz bekas and the cooking time boleh shorten)

Bekas nak bakar tuh sapu sket butter dgn tepung nak elak dari melekat, then first layer letak pasta sheet ikut bekas. Then masukkan meat sauce and ratakan, jangan tebal2 sangat nanti bley buat banyak layer. Lepas pasta sauce masukkan cheese sauce, ratakan jugak. Nak sedap lagi taburkan mozarella cheese in between meat sauce and cheese sauce...perghh!

Preheat oven, set to 180 degree..baking time 35 -40 minutes. Tapi in between tu cocok la check dah masak ke belum, kalau garpu tuh dah bersih takder sangkut2 time cocok tuh dah masak la.

Its been a long...long...long..time

Well look at my title pun dah tau...lama dah tak update blog..all my frens dah menyalak2 asking me to update sampai dah hilang suara dah kot...that's mean i'm a very2 very2 busy person...bukan cam kawan aku sowang tuh...memanjang jer hapdet blog dia..harus x der keje..tak pun curiks tulang time keje..wakakakakak!!!my last blog when i'm sort of depressed with my Mom, now dah ok dah..siap g shoppin kat IKEA lagiks...

well my trip to manila was surely good, shopping..shopping and shopping (weh! lepas abis keje shopping arrrr!!!) i finally discovered another place that damn hell cheap!! Divisoria 168 Mall, selama ni tau about that place but kinda creepy nak pergi sorang2..too crowded, but yet once i go there...hahaha..almost everday la menjadi pengunjung setia!

In manila this time i stayed in Sofitel Plaza Philippines, its a nice hotel...biasa la, aku kan stok stay kat 5 star jer...hehehe berlagaks! for 7 days stay i entitled to enjoy free SPA!1st day sampai tgk harga SPA dia rasa mcm xsanggup, better i spent on shopping..but tak sangka that i get free SPA treatment for long stay guest plus i went there to attend Conference too! Dah penat shopping, jalan2 sana sini of course la sakit2 badan so pergunakan lah my privillage tuh. I choose Polynesian Massage, perghhh...exclusive gila treatment dia (sorry takder gambar sbb kat spa ni no phone & camera allowed. I can even choose my own song on the I-Pod to be played during the massage! The massage is using warm and cold seashell, but before that they give me Coconut Milk Bath with vanilla essence....ermmm...siap tertido time massage tuh! Ermm...enjoying the Manila Bay breeze during breakfast every morning...bunyi mcm best tapi laut dia busuk arrrr....some pics for you to view...

Balik KL jer my stooges dah menyalak2 nak jumpa, maklum la asal balik outstation jer otomatik mak jadi Santa Claus, harus la dah expected something kannnn....so again we hang out in Sakae Sushi Subang Parade, after pick up Ira then straight to Subang Parade. Dah hepi2 dapat hadiah krismas apa lagi balik menyengih jer la memasing....

Saja aku beli beg sepesen, kalo tak bergaduh sbb kaler lain2

9 days roadtrip with the crew..naik rentung dah kulit aku nih...as usual my stooges dah menyalak2 nak jumpa...jumpa la deme kat A&W Taman Jaya, pastu si Ray pulak ngidam makan tosai....g pulak kat Maju Curry House...kemain...rindu aku kononnnnn......

Ray bulan ni ada besday sorang kawan kita tuh...kita buat kat karaoke kotak dah la...singgit satu lagu, bley tapau sushi kat Jusco makan dalam kotak karaoke tuh! ok?..wakakakaka....maklumla minyak dah naik...ekonomi tak berapa memberangsangkan....hehehe! ada yg terbakar ni Ray...zuff!!!!!!
